1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Spotter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Spotter on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Spotter runs as a personal assistant for a single user — accounts may not be shared.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Included tokens roll over for one month and then expire. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Spotter to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You retain ownership of the content you provide.
5. Disclaimers and liability
Spotter is provided “as is.” AI output can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingsuit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
